We are small and independent, which means you deal directly with the people building your site. No account managers, no ticket queues, and no jargon.

Is the sample homepage really free?
Yes. We build it at our own cost and send you a private link. If you don't want it, we take it down and you owe nothing.
How long does it take to go live?
Most sites launch about a week after you approve the design and send us your photos and details.
What will I pay in total?
A one-time build price of $300, $600 or $1,200 depending on the size of the site. After that it is either a monthly hosting fee to us ($49, $79 or $129) or nothing to us if you host it yourself. A Standard site hosted by us comes to $1,548 in the first year and $948 a year after that. The price estimator shows the numbers for your choice.
When do I pay?
Nothing to see your design. Half the build price when you approve it, and the other half on the day your site goes live. If we host it, the monthly fee starts on launch day.
How do I pay, and is tax extra?
By Interac e-Transfer straight from your bank, or by credit or debit card through PayPal. Monthly hosting can be set up as an automatic PayPal payment so you never have to think about it, or you can send an e-Transfer each month. No sales tax is added to any of our prices.
What does the monthly fee pay for?
Hosting, your domain name renewal, the security certificate, backups, monitoring, and a set amount of update time each month. You never have to log in to anything. The monthly fee only applies if we host your site.
What happens if I want to host it myself?
At launch we send you every file that makes up your website. Then we sit down with you, in person or on a video call, and walk you through opening a hosting account, uploading the site and connecting your domain. The lesson is free. After that you pay your hosting company directly, typically $5 to $15 a month, and nothing to us.
What do changes cost after launch?
$40 an hour, billed in 30-minute blocks, so a small change like new opening hours is $20. A whole new page is $75. If we host your site, your plan includes 15 to 60 minutes of updates every month and those are used first. We always tell you the price before doing the work.
Do I own my website?
Yes. You own your domain name, your text, your photos and your logo from day one. If you host it yourself you get the site files at launch. If we host it and you later decide to leave, we send you the files and show you how to host them, at no charge.
Is there a contract?
A one-page agreement in plain English, and you can read it right now. If we host your site there is a 12-month minimum, then it runs month to month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. If you host it yourself there is no ongoing commitment at all.
Can I switch between hosting options later?
Yes. If you start out hosting it yourself and decide you'd rather not deal with it, we can take it over for the monthly fee. If we host it, you can take your files and go once the 12-month minimum is up.
I already have a website. Can you redo it?
Yes. We can rebuild it and keep your existing domain name, so your customers find you at the same address.
I don't have photos or anything written. Is that a problem?
No. We can start from your Google listing and write the text for you to approve. Good photos from your phone are usually enough.
Can you promise I'll be first on Google?
Nobody honestly can. We set your site up the right way so Google can find and understand it, which gives you a fair shot at ranking for searches in your area.
